Kitchen Renovation in Kitchener-Waterloo

Kitchen renovation in Kitchener-Waterloo usually starts with opening up a closed-off galley or moving the island — we plan the structural change, run electrical and plumbing, coordinate trades, and finish the room as one project.

What you get

One general contractor. Every trade. One price.

  • Layout review focused on traffic flow and the wall most often opened in KW homes.
  • Cabinet selection from local and national suppliers, installed pricing in the quote.
  • All trades under one project manager: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, flooring, tile, paint.
  • Permits pulled where structural changes or service upgrades require them.
  • Fixed-price line-item quote.
  • Weekly walkthroughs during build.
  • One-year workmanship warranty plus pass-through manufacturer warranties.

Who this is for

The buyer this page is written for.

Homeowners in Kitchener, Waterloo, and surrounding neighbourhoods (Westmount, Belmont, Lakeshore, Beechwood, Doon, RIM Park) renovating a kitchen in a 1960s–2000s detached or semi. Typical trigger: a layout change is needed before the next finish refresh would be worth it.

How it works

Five steps from site visit to handover.

  1. 01

    Site visit and scope

We come to the property, take measurements, and document the existing structure. You walk us through what you want and the constraints (budget, timeline, must-haves).

  2. 02

    Written quote within a week

You receive a line-item quote with a fixed price for each scope area, a proposed schedule, and the trades who will run each phase. No verbal estimates.

  3. 03

    Permits and selections

We pull the permits. You finalize finish selections from a shortlist we prepare. Anything you bring (appliances, fixtures, custom millwork) gets logged into the schedule.

  4. 04

    Build and inspection

One project manager owns your file from demolition through final inspection. Weekly walkthroughs. Photos at the end of every workday on request.

  5. 05

    Walkthrough and warranty

Final walkthrough at completion. Deficiency list closed within 30 days. Workmanship warranty on labour for one year, manufacturer warranties pass through to you.

What it costs

How we price the project.

Pricing is project-specific. We share a written range within 24 hours of the site visit and a fixed quote within a week. Most homeowners are surprised that what drives cost is layout changes (moving plumbing, opening structural walls), not finishes.

Why us

Licensed general contractor in business since 2000. Fully insured, WSIB compliant, and COR certified. Office in Listowel, Ontario — work delivered across Southwestern Ontario and the GTA.
